  • So then you need to Place the dough onto a floured surface. Then Roll the dough gently until it reaches its feel like the dough is 1/2 inch, then use a 3-inch round cutter to cut out your donuts. I constantly need to roll out my dough for each donut, so it’s okay if you have to do the same! Then place the sliced donuts on a baking sheet that has been sprinkled with flour. Cover the baking sheet and allow the dough to rest for two hours until it has risen nicely.
  • When the dough you are ready to fry heat the oil in the oven at 360 F and combine the cinnamon and sugar in a decent bowl
  • Then you need to put the doughnuts slowly into the oil using a slotted spoon and fry for like 2.5 minutes on each side you need to keep an eye on the oil temperature, maybe you need to raise the temp if the oil cools too much.
