  • 2 Eggs that are Big
  • 170 grams of milk, equivalent to 3/4 cup.
  • 40 grams of melted butter, equivalent to 3 tablespoons.
  • 226 grams of sourdough starter discard, equivalent to 1 cup.
  • 4.2 grams of vanilla extract, equivalent to 1 teaspoon.

INSTRUCTION:

  • Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl, using a whisk.
  • Combine the eggs, milk, butter, and sourdough discard in a big mixing bowl and whisk them together.
  • Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until they are just combined.
  • Lightly coat the waffle iron with grease and cook until pale golden.
